The Santa Monica Republican Women Federated (SMRWF) is getting ready to celebrate our 70th anniversary! We are associated with the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW), the largest women’s volunteer political organization in the world with thousands of active members throughout the United States and its territories.
SMRWF holds monthly luncheon meetings that feature a variety of programs and speakers during the year. Past luncheons have included candidate forums and discussions of statewide and local ballot measures ahead of elections.
Our members actively promote Republican voter registration efforts by providing election information to our members and the public. The club supports many community organizations and activities, such as the annual Grad Night program at Santa Monica High School, the Santa Monica YWCA Housing Program, and the Salvation Army. Many of our members are politically active, holding and/or running for partisan and non-partisan elective offices.
